Unnurella, the no-drip umbrella

Gone are the days of those embarrassing wet umbrellas dripping on carpets and rugs! The idea for the Unnurella, the umbrella that doesn't get wet, came about after its designer made the observation that life would be so much simpler if our umbrellas could remain dry too. In order to achieve this dream, Japanese designer Kazuya Koike of DoogDesign and the Komatsu Seiren company developed a very high-density technical polymer with high waterproof qualities. Additionally, the Unnurella remains useful even if it is used as a parasol, as is often the case in the land of the rising sun, given that it blocks out 99% of all UV rays. The umbrella marketed by World party Inc. has been sold in Japan since the end of April. We can't wait to find out what they'll think of next!
