The inspiration for the Dragonfly chair by Odo Fioravanti, for Italian furniture company Segis, comes from observing dragonflies whose extended tail and imbalanced body seem to keep them suspended in flight. The Dragonfly chair’s seemingly gravity-defying seating surface rests on the front part alone while the rear part works like a cantilevered overhang. Despite its slender form, it cuts a dynamic figure enhanced by the ribbed backrest.
Its flexible backrest makes this polypropylene chair a super-comfy sitting experience.
Dragonfly is available in three colours: red, black and white.
