Fugu - A swell idea

Fugu is not just the name of that weird blowfish that can only be cooked by licensed Japanese chefs, it’s also a range of lightweight, air- and water-inflated, furniture that marries simplicity to quality and design. What makes it so good? It’s light, easy to set-up and store. The full suite comprises the Kuki sofa, the Fuji chair and the Maki occasional table. The whole thing can easily be carried around in a travel bag. With a thermoplastic polyurethane structure under a machine-washable, hard-wearing technical textile cover, all three units can be inflated in under a minute and deflated even faster.
