Light as a feather!

The Sparkling Chair, by Dutch designer Marcel Wanders, is made from recycled plastic (PET) bottles for Italian producer Magis. It is manufactured using the same blow-moulding technique as for water bottles, and then the empty spaces are filled with air at high pressure to increase its strength. Result: a super-light chair, a featherweight champion!
