The very chic Plissé electric kettle

An elegant electric kettle with a pleated surface makes it look like “haute couture”. At the intersection of fashion, architecture and design, the Plissé is a new creation from the famous Michele de Lucchi for Alessi. Made from thermoplastic resin, it is available in four superb colours: red, grey, whiter and matt black. This beautiful and chic designer object is nevertheless functional and useful thanks to its safety system which cuts off the power supply when the kettle contains little or no water.
