Compeixal'aigua, the Spanish design studio, has joined with kitchen equipment manufacturer Leku in fully exploiting the softness and flexibility of silicone to create this unique item – the Steam Roaster. Open, it’s a bowl to prepare your dishes in. Closed, you pop it in the oven to cook with them! Like a seashell, it gently enfolds the contents, casseroling them perfectly to a crisp finish thanks to the airflow at both ends. No better way to cook fish! Opened again, it becomes a serving dish for the piping hot food.
