Toobe lamp: colour and transparency

The Toobe lamp, from designer Ferrucio Laviani, has simple and modern lines, and diffuses a soft and warm light thanks to its extruded PMMA tube and its polycarbonate diffuser. Created in two sizes for Kartell, it is available either as a floor lamp or as a table lamp. Thanks to the innovative colouring technology used, Toobe is Kartell's first product to offer the "colour fade", a chromatic process enabling light to be diffused in a particular way inside the cylinder which emits an evanescent coloured halo.
